Pure
For the negative mood remedy Pure (which is not made from a blossom but from a glacier), high on the list is the word
As it happens, you are a perfectionist and you think there is nothing wrong with that. But meanwhile, you suffer from high ideals for which you sacrifice your health if necessary. You behave like a runner who has to improve an unattainable record so that the unattainable is achieved after all. You think you can enjoy yourself only when your performance is perfect, and because such a feat never succeeds, you feel permanently unhappy.
Actually, you just want to prove to the other person how good you are. As a result, you become a slave to yourself (your own standards and values).
Even in certain social movements, you see a tendency to think that you can force your spiritual growth and development by certain living regimesels, e.g. diet, exercises and meditation, or by withdrawing from social life. It is assumed that this lifestyle guarantees and expresses a higher level of consciousness. Spiritual growth, however, is only promoted by being natural as much as possible, learning to be yourself, whatever that may mean to you, and trying to fulfil your own life task to the best of your ability. Any suppression of lustful feelings that may arise due to these beliefs may lead to a total loss of joy in life and make life top-heavy for you.
Haughty behaviour also occurs among these people. They shake their heads pityingly in a discussion and think to themselves, Good thing I know it all better.
This pattern of behaviour occurs in people with immensely strong duty behaviour and with thoughts of how things are supposed to be.
You also see this state of mind in children. When they get a seven or eight in school, they are not happy about it. It should have been at least a nine.
Understanding that life is and will remain imperfect is the first step to relaxing and letting go of your perfection compulsion or that of your parents.
The remedy ensures that these rigid and often tiresome thoughts slowly disappear from the person's daily life.
The remedy Pure has a relationship with the gallbladder meridian so with the organ Gallbladder.
Physically, we often see this manifest itself in complaints in the right knee.
