Mindfulness by Nature, Balm for the Soul

This is the last page of the booklet Mindfulness by Nature, Balm for the soul, In which I give an "explanation" about our remedies and the combinations.

I started using classical Bach blossoms in a therapeutic "setting" about 40 years ago. This has been very fruitful for many years.
I have discovered and learned that remedies have a "relationship" with each other, that "relationship" in turn is connected to the meridians, i.e. to the organs. Knowing this theory through and through, you also understand how the human system works. And also how negative emotions seem "connected" to each other. And you are able to make a good anamnesis.
But based on my vision and conviction, developed over the years, that an individual can and perhaps should be self-determining about his or her life, I have searched for years for a "self-help tool". For me, this means: developing combinations that can be used by anyone without a therapist and without (physical) side effects.

I noticed over time that remedies did not always do what they "should" do and from 1999 onwards, we, Micha my son and I, without ever having that as a goal, started making our own remedies.
These remedies, the Star Remedies, work at a fine material vibrational level and have a wide bandwidth. By this I mean that the remedies have a greater, broader, deeper effect than we had previously thought.
Now our working area was expanded. What a gift from Mother Nature!

35 years ago, I firmly believed that remedies change neural networks. The vibrational frequency of the remedies causes this change. If you have been doing everything your whole life out of e.g. guilt or for the sake of peace, these are deeply ingrained patterns of thinking and behaviour. And
you can't just get rid of those. It is absolutely not the case that if you then take a remedy for this for a few days it would then be gone. At the moment it seems to be, but if you stop taking remedies too soon, the same patterns gradually reappear. If you really want to get rid of those ingrained patterns of thinking and behaviour, you are in for a longer time. People often ask me: How long does that take? I invariably answer: I don't know. Roughly speaking: the years that something bothers you constitutes the number of months it takes ( if you take remedies) before it is gone from your system for good.

I know that at present, scientific evidence of the effect of the blossoms is not yet available. I do know that in some countries the effect of the blossoms is recognised: Switzerland, for example.
Still, I am confident that there will come a time when it will be scientifically proven that the action of remedies in the brain will be measurable/visible.

In this booklet, I deliberately choose to list all the ingredients (all the blossoms) in the combinations, so that each person, whenever they feel the need, can look up for themselves what it means, what it stands for and what emotion it works on. I do this because I believe in transparency of information.

Use of Blossom Remedies

The most important thing with blossom remedies is the frequency of intake. Blossom remedies are best taken as often as possible in a day with the golden guideline being; 4 to 6 times a day, with 4 drops at a time from the dispensing bottle. To use blossom remedies and a user bottle, here are the simple steps; take a clean and unused 30ml pipette bottle. First, fill the pipette bottle with spring water. After this, add one teaspoon of brandy as a preservative, then add the blossom remedies.

Take the stock bottle or stock bottles of the chosen blossom remedies and put 3 drops of each into the 30ml. pipette bottle. A second golden guideline is; 1 drop from the stock bottle(s) to 10ml of spring water. There is no need to shake the bottle before use as it only contains the vibrations of the plants and has no actual material content.

Then take 4 drops from the user bottle and drip it under the tongue. If you touch the dropper with the tongue, mould may develop in the bottle. Repeat taking the blossom remedies at least 4 to 6 times a day.
