IF YOU UNDERSTAND LIFE, YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND THE WORLD.

According to the latest findings, 69% of women and men suffer from stress. There are many meanings given to "stress" in everyday life.
You may be suffering from the feeling of being overloaded because you have so much to do or the feeling that you are supposed to finish your work. This may look like stress, but it is not real stress. This usually has to do with just real 'temporary' busyness or not meeting certain standards and values. This calls for a different blossom......
Very often Burnout is related to stress but Burnout has a completely different cause (which can also involve all kinds of physical symptoms), which I will definitely come back to in another column.

The flower remedy Cucumberwort is the real "stress flower" par excellence. Not only do you feel overloaded, you are. You feel like you can no longer meet all the demands made on you (by the outside world). It keeps haunting them and the work lies before them like an insurmountable mountain.

This mountain has been created by outside actions. It's not that you have all the work thrown at you, it's what's being put on your plate. You get the feeling that you can't live up to it all. The work, whether outside the home or at home, the children, the ideal husband/wife, good friend, sports, you name it are causes that you experience life as stressful and it is.
Physically, this can manifest itself in: difficulty concentrating, nervous palpitations, insomnia, muscle complaints. Even tennis elbow, even if you don't play tennis, can result. A feeling of nausea to the right of the stomach may also occur. Sometimes you feel like having a real nervous breakdown.

In acute situations, the flower remedy Cucumberwort can be of great value. If you have to take exams or have a job interview, all your thoughts may "just suddenly" be gone, which is also called a blackout.
This is real stress too!
In acute situations, take two drops of this flower remedy in a glass of water that you drink in small sips.

When you look up like a mountain to all the things, any things, you have to do then Cucumberweed "cuts" the mountain into "pieces" and you are able to act from your heart as you need to. And you are better able to prioritise everything you still have to do.

This flower remedy belongs with both the kidney and stomach meridian, so also with both organs Kidney and Stomach.

Use of Blossom Remedies

The most important thing with blossom remedies is the frequency of intake. Blossom remedies are best taken as often as possible in a day with the golden guideline being; 4 to 6 times a day, with 4 drops at a time from the dispensing bottle. To use blossom remedies and a user bottle, here are the simple steps; take a clean and unused 30ml pipette bottle. First, fill the pipette bottle with spring water. After this, add one teaspoon of brandy as a preservative, then add the blossom remedies.

Take the stock bottle or stock bottles of the chosen blossom remedies and put 3 drops of each into the 30ml. pipette bottle. A second golden guideline is; 1 drop from the stock bottle(s) to 10ml of spring water. There is no need to shake the bottle before use as it only contains the vibrations of the plants and has no actual material content.

Then take 4 drops from the user bottle and drip it under the tongue. If you touch the dropper with the tongue, mould may develop in the bottle. Repeat taking the blossom remedies at least 4 to 6 times a day.

Flower remedies are not a substitute for medication and do not replace doctors or medical specialists. Please note that in case of doubt you should always consult a doctor.
