Mayflower - Plumeria rubra
The blossom remedy Mayflower is good for people who worry a lot about their family and friends.
They are kind, loving and helpful and seemingly put their own needs second. They often have a fear of losing their loved ones.
Without being aware of it, you like to keep control over other people with the (sincere) excuse that you are afraid something might happen to them.
In this way, you gradually try to gain more and more influence over others' lives. Ideally, you want others to ask you for advice on important matters; it makes you feel good.
However, if your well-meaning advice is ignored, you may become angry or sad, and if you don't get your way, you may even become ill. In extreme cases, suicidal thoughts occur.
You use moral pressure on the other person to get them to commit to you and when the other person does not do so quickly enough, you are able to make the other person feel guilty. Sometimes with words, sometimes with a look, a deeper, known or unknown cause, reason for this behaviour is that you find it difficult to be alone, to let go of things.
To this emotion "belongs" the physical manifestation asthma. It may be that the person, who cannot let go, gets asthma, but also their close environment ( minder, partner) may "not breathe" under their pressure.
Hence, there is a connection here with the lung meridian and thus with the organ Lung.
Other symptoms include: migraines, dizziness, insomnia, a feeling of pressure in the throat with the sensation of "something", difficulty turning your head and crying spells. Sometimes the ability to remember falters.
With the blossom remedy Mayflower you let the other person grow up in love and protection, and when the time comes, you are able to truly let go and let the other person go to follow their own path. In this way, you are able to give real love without conditions, without control, to the other person.
