Combination 3
Consists of the blossom remedies: yarrow, Fluteswort, Coral cactus,
Forgiveness, Firethorn, Day cuckoo, Star of Bethlehem with as
very latest addition Pink Yarrow.

Keywords of this combination are:
Delineating yourself better; comfort; love for yourself; less anger
Combination 3 protects you from outside influences. You are able to follow your own path, the fear of losing the love of others disappears.
You are able to live your own life so anger and guilt no longer exist. You love yourself as you are.
The pain of old hurt, old traumas and (old) grief disappears.

Yarrow
Yarrow people are sweet, accommodating, amiable and often courteous. It is hard for them to say "no". Basically, you are looking for recognition and want to be loved. This is often at the expense of your own needs and desires. You also notice a loss of energy in front of others and can get very tired of others.
As a result, you may find that you get angry "just like that". It can seem strange that you can get so angry at something very small, seemingly unrelated to the actual situation. I always explain it as follows: I put a pen somewhere, and you get furious because of that. That's almost impossible to explain. It's like this... you've let go of your boundaries so many times that a very small, unrelated event can set you off in anger.
The remedy protects you from external negative influences. You are no longer "drained" by others. You are able to follow your own path and no longer fear losing the love of others because you can say no.
It helps to live an independent life in the true sense of the word.
Yarrow is made with the spring water of Lourdes.

Fluteswort
Fluteswort puts you two feet on the ground, makes you feel very tall and gives you a good sense of self-worth, connectedness with the rest of the world, aware of oneself,
contemplate, accept, "meditation herb", complete, "easy-going", sunny - light, tension disappears, feet become "fuller". Release of blocked emotions.

Coral cactus
Coral cactus is the fifth auric remedy. This remedy makes you feel that nothing can "bother you right now". You feel enveloped in a kind of blanket, safe yet with both feet on the ground while feeling light and airy.
Coral cactus gives: "Now is your time completely. Time for yourself. You sit down with a cup of tea and a bonbon...and nothing can disturb you." That is the association with this remedy. The remedy makes you feel protected. Moreover, this remedy makes the aura roll out like a blanket and envelop you completely. You stand with both feet on the ground and at the same time you feel light and airy.

Forgiveness
Forgiveness people are angry. They can also suffer a lot of jealousy, envy, anger. This can arise "just like that". They have easily uncontrollable tantrums.
You are jealous of other people, who have more or are prettier. You are easily offended.
You are very suspicious and may think something is going on behind your back. Your partner is cheating on you, your children are lying or your girlfriend/boyfriend is not taking you seriously.
Forgiveness, which again is a combination of Mask Flower and Grace Herb. And this combination again does its "own" work, different from the remedies on their own. You live more in harmony and you discover love within yourself, which then radiates to others. You can truly rejoice in the successes and achievements of others.
The combination of Mask flower and Grace herb brings up old sorrows. You may have to cry a lot, but this crying dissolves a lot of old grief.

Firethorn
Firethorn gives compassion towards others but also towards yourself. Accepting yourself as you are. You are good the way you are. You love yourself the way you are. You allow yourself to enjoy the good things in life. You don't have to have a bad conscience about this.
You no longer have to apologise for yourself to others.
You feel connected to each other. Going for a higher goal together, clearing (sometimes seemingly invisible) obstacles by themselves.
Knowing that you are working together with your like-minded people for the same goal. Firethorn has to do with compassion, with compassion for all that lives on this earth. But also compassion for everything within yourself.
That you accept that you are as you are in essence and that you can deal with that lovingly for yourself.
A remedy that is also very important in this day and age given the way the world is treated and the way people treat themselves. Be your own leader!

Day cuckoo flower
Day cuckoo people suffer from a lack of self-confidence. And they suffer from fear of failure.
You hardly dare speak to others. Exam anxiety often torments you weeks before the actual exam. You feel incapable of many things and often have a strong feeling of inferiority. Day cuckoo flower strengthens your self-awareness. It brings about the process that enables you to show yourself, that you are allowed to be there. It strengthens your self-confidence. You can unfold your own personality. You stand with both feet on the ground. "I come out ahead that I am there".

Star of Bethlehem
Star of Bethlehem people have suffered injuries in life. A psychic shock can disrupt the entire energetic nervous system. They suffer from grinding thoughts, however, only from unpleasant, painful situations.
You feel grief when you are disappointed or after an accident or the loss of a loved one. The consequences of a pregnancy or a childhood trauma or shock can still have major repercussions today. And with every injury/hurt, the wound is ripped open further. This is why Star of Bethlehem is added to every combination.
Experiences: A nurse, after being pregnant for 8 ½ months, loses her baby daughter. After taking the remedy, it turns out (she felt she had given a place to this loss from years ago), that she had dreamt at night of her baby and also of the first child who had died in hospital during her shift.
In the morning, she woke up with a feeling of: how could I have dreamt about this, it has been so long ago. It turns out that it is now really out of her system and really "done" with it. She underwent this with joy. The old blockage was gone.
The remedy really helps dissolve these blockages of old wounds. And gives joy.
An old block that every human being has is the trauma of birth.
Tip: With every birth, I recommend putting 6 drops of Star of Bethlehem in the baby's bath water or the bottle in the cot to "neutralise" the birth shock.

Pink Yarrow
Rose Yarrow gives protection for emotions of people very close to you, e.g. family members. This protection comes from within and therefore you can let the painful things/strong emotional influences slide past you. Gives comfort to grief of letting go.
You feel it close around you...then it goes to the inner deepest core of the aura (as it were against your body) and then pushes the outer aura layer further out, making the inner one bigger and stronger. You also get more air so that abdominal breathing can get going better! You literally feel the energy from the bottom of your feet rooting into the earth, allowing better drainage of negative energy. It gives an enlightening bird's eye view of your situation. This allows you to release fear. You become the conductor of your own life which is very enlightening. You become quieter inside and stay better with yourself. Ultimately, the 1st,2nd,3rd,4th 3n 5th chakras become more balanced, increasing stability.

Combination 3 has a relationship with the bladder meridian so with the
organ Bladder. The inability to let go can manifest itself physically in bladder disorders of all kinds. This also includes insomnia ( from anger) or insomnia (from guilt), nervousness, irritability, among others.

Chakra I

The last two blogs I wrote about Combination I and Combination II.
Combination I relates to the Kidney meridian and Combination II to the Stomach meridian.

These two Combinations together belong to Chakra I.

The first chakra relates to the will to survive and the resulting fundamental needs, which enable and secure our physical existence.
This of course includes eating, drinking, sleeping and also reproduction to sustain the human species.
Linked to it is the desire for security, safety, the desire to have a home, a family, children.

The chakra represents everything to do with steadfastness, stability, security, confidence, determination and perseverance. Both on the physical and psychological plane.
On a physical level, this means that this includes our teeth and bones.
Our bones (spine and skeleton) give our organs stability and support. They also provide protection to important organs such as heart, lungs and brain.

On a physical level, there is a connection between the first chakra and the adrenal glands. The adrenal glands consist of two parts: medulla and cortex.
The adrenal glands (adrenal medulla) produce the hormones adrenaline and noradrenaline.
Adrenal cortex produces a whole range of hormones (one well-known of these is cortisone).

Adrenaline is produced in your body when your body thinks it is in danger. This is not just about issues of life and death. It also applies to situations when you experience a lot of stress. This can be in situations where there is a lot "on your plate", but also when you are very angry, very shocked, when you are scared, or when you are exercising very hard.
This mechanism is a relic from the early days of man and was of great importance in extreme situations where you had to: flee or fight. Being able to react in a split second fulfils an important function.

Adrenaline and noradrenaline trigger the release of sugars, increase heart rate and blood pressure, dilate the respiratory tract, the coronary arteries of the heart and blood vessels in the muscles.

The important function of this, elevated adrenaline levels, is nowadays often not reduced by the extra physical exertion. The result is STRESS.
Definitely not to be confused with Burnout.

Many complaints, associated with elevated adrenaline levels, include:
Anxiety disorders, depression, hypersensitive to sounds, light sleep, insomnia, inwardly very tense, extreme fatigue, headaches (some of this has already been described in Combination I).
Stomach upset, fits of rage, total lethargy, strong nervousness ( this described at Combination II).

And above all, a sense of STRESS, which can show itself through a total blackout (everything thoughts are gone), strong nervous feeling, feeling like you still have 100 things to do, shallow breathing and many other symptoms.

Combination 2
Consists of the blossom remedies: Poppy, Water lily, Grace herb, Bali, Cucumber herb, Cucumber herb II, Day cuckoo flower, Star of Bethlehem.
Keywords of this combination are:
More confidence; less anger; more energy; better handling of imposed tasks (work) which eliminates stress.

Poppy
Poppy people have anxiety about their financial future or lack of confidence in the future. They may also suffer from depression of known cause, called exogenous or reactive depression. This is depression that originated externally. These are people who often use the word "but", such as: Yes, I do believe in it, but... You are a pessimist, you are also afraid that your confidence will be abused.
You will always be on your guard. When setbacks occur, all courage is taken away from you. Poppy lets you know that all will be well. Primal confidence. Knowing from the universe that you
supported. Love. Decisive love.

Grace herb
Grace herb people feel like "victims of life" and are full of hatred or anger. The question that comes up is, "What did I deserve all this for in life"?There remains
often anger smouldering under the surface and the feeling of never being able to be happy again. These people may be prone to rheumatism. Life is heavy on their minds.
Grace herb truly gives grace to yourself and/or others, preventing you from being blocked by anger or any other state of mind. Those who use the remedy feel it as a huge release, as if there is some kind of general "grace".

Bali
Bali pulls you out of apathy. You may find yourself internally capitulating, giving up the fight and resigning to a situation. You may feel completely drained mentally and it may even be so
be that reading a book is already too much. This remedy gives fortitude and helps you stick to your decision. You have chosen, all by yourself. What you have chosen doesn't matter, but
the path is now open and you can move confidently down the road. Bali expands your aura from your centre, as you grow from within. Another quality of this remedy is that it gives you the power to take on the "whole world".

Cucumber weed
Cucumber people are overworked. They can no longer handle their tasks. You feel that you can no longer meet all the demands placed on you. And it keeps haunting you. Work is in front of you like an insurmountable mountain. You have concentration problems. You feel like you are having a real nervous breakdown. If you
exam or a job interview, you may find that all thoughts "just suddenly" disappear. You may experience a total "blackout". It can even be so bad that the situation can make you faint. This is real stress! If you look up like a mountain to the many things, any things, you have to do then Cucumberweed "cuts" the mountain into "pieces" and you are able to act from your heart as you need to.

Cucumberweed II
Cucumberweed II encourages you to act. The "masculine" energy gives you the power to take physical action. Pure decisiveness, in other words. Cucumberweed II seems to be the "masculine" equivalent of the ordinary "feminine, working from the heart" Cucumberweed.
Cucumberweed and Cucumberweed II are the remedies for stress.

Day cuckoo flower
Day cuckoo people suffer from a lack of self-confidence. And they suffer from fear of failure You hardly dare to address others. Exam anxiety often torments you weeks before the actual exam. You consider yourself incapable of many things and often have a strong feeling of inferiority. Day cuckoo flower strengthens your self-awareness. It brings about the process that enables you to show yourself, that you are allowed to be there. It strengthens your self-confidence. You can unfold your own personality. You stand with both feet on the ground. "I am coming forward to be there".

Water lily
Water lily causes you to come out of the depths, darkness and find the light again. Gives hope from the universe for now and the future. Everything will turn for the better.

Star of Bethlehem: 
Star of Bethlehem people have suffered injuries in life. A psychic shock can disrupt the entire energetic nervous system. They suffer from grinding thoughts, however, only about unpleasant, painful situations. You feel grief at disappointments or after an accident or the loss of a loved one. This is the reason Star of Bethlehem has been added to every combination.

Combination 2 causes you to stop brooding so much or saying, "The glass is half empty". You look at the future more positively. You no longer cling

Again, you no longer have to look up like a mountain to the many demands made on you. The fear of blacking out disappears. You are able to act on

Combination 2 has a relationship with the gastric meridian so with the organ Stomach. Pent-up annoyance eventually leads to heartburn and/or painful joints.

Dear people,

Thanks to the unconditional, unwavering support of our "friends-family" in the sudden death of our beloved dad and husband ( my boyfriend), Micha and I are able to pick up our lives again.
From the time of death until at least one month after, they took care of us day and night.
From all over the Netherlands and abroad, our friends have rallied behind us. Many "simply" closed their practices or adjusted their operations. And they were there, all of them!
How grateful we are to have these friends. And still we are "monitored" daily, each in his own way.
The shock of Rob's passing was so great for us, beyond comprehension.
And to pick up my blog again, I will start writing about the combinations, which we made, for the first time.

COMBINATION 1

The combination of Maskflower and Grace herb raises old sorrows. You may have to cry a lot when taking this combination remedy, but this crying dissolves a lot of old grief. This combination works as one flower remedy.

Now how does this state of mind arise;
20 February 2016 I described the blog on Yarrow and 16 January 2018 I described the remedy Firethorn.
At the beginning of it all (Yarrow) is seeking recognition and popularity. And that usually leads to self-denial.
Somewhere, then, comes the moment where they feel exploited by others and aggressively shield themselves from others.
This shielding makes them fear losing the recognition and love of others and slowly but surely digs the ground out from under their feet. Afraid that they will no longer be loved, giving the guilt/minority feeling every chance again.

In training, I always give this example:
A man has been working in the office for years, doing everything for his colleagues, not married etc etc. At staff party, the coffee pot is not yet there. He is unsuspectingly asked to fetch it. The man then jumps out of his skin, goes on a terrible rampage, shouting, aggressive. Seemingly no reason at all to go out of his mind in such a way just to fetch the coffeepot, but this is where the moment breaks at which he feels exploited by others and then shields himself in a negative, aggressive manner.
In reality, it is anger that he has allowed himself to be used for years.
Because he really "only" wants to be loved and he wants to hurt absolutely no one (his desire to be recognised) and, because of the aggression he expresses, he forfeits this recognition, he comes into conscience trouble and looks for the blame again on himself.
He has a bad conscience that he acted like this, which is how the guilt arises.

Then the circle is complete, because often these people get into a vicious circle, because out of guilt they again dare not say no, let themselves be exploited again and the game starts all over again. And so you see a trail forming of Yarrow, Forgiveness, Firethorn. This "trail" is related to the bladder meridian.
Maybe take a look at why you still get cystitis every time??????

The blossom remedy Forgiveness helps with symptoms such as anger, hatred envy, jealousy,

mistrust, feelings of revenge.
Forgiveness people can constantly live with an irritating restlessness, become enraged easily and then often lose self-control.
In this state, they may even be annoyed by a fly on the wall.
They often complain about others, whom they blame for their bad mood.
In general, they always know how to find a culprit for everything, on whom they can shift responsibility for their own failures.

Forgiveness people often say of themselves: . I get angry very easily. Often I am so agitated that even small things often infuriate me
. I often get annoyed with myself, especially when someone else has persuaded me to do something I didn't really want to do
. I often get uncontrollable tantrums
. I am actually constantly dissatisfied and miserable for no reason
. I find it hard to forgive, myself and others
. I am very suspicious
. I am very jealous, if my partner is not home on time I think the worst things
. I often envy other women, they look much better and more attractive.

They often suffer - according to their temperament - from febrile and aggressive illnesses, e.g. sudden onset of fever, fire-red, burning or itchy skin rashes, allergies.
Coughing and vomiting (it makes me puke) can also be reactions of aggression or eruption of a Holly disposition.

Why does this state of mind arise now?
It is said, that hate is the negative mirror image of love.
You start delimiting yourself aggressively towards your environment.
From a chronic yes-sayer, you turn into a notorious no-sayer.
Why do you close yourself off to love? Are you sometimes afraid of love? Do you want to protect yourself from something?
Perhaps you have felt a lot for others in the past and have been so severely disappointed that you are afraid of feelings? Are you perhaps afraid of being hurt again, for the umpteenth time?

Is that what Forgiveness people mean when they say
'I find it hard to forgive, myself and others don't?'

Let us think again about the image of Yarrow.
These people cannot say no out of fellow feeling/ fear of not being loved by those around them.
When these people are disappointed - often feeling exploited - they have two options: either they take this lesson of life to heart by using their will and taking their existence into their own hands knowing where their own limits are and where the other person's limits are - or- they compensate for this weakness by blocking the feelings that hurt them.
If you are blocked in your actions because you are too sweet or because you are too angry or because you suffer from guilt you resolve this with the remedies Yarrow, Forgiveness and Firethorn.
Only by treating the negative state of mind of Yarrow will the actual basis of the destructive emotions of Forgiveness and Firethorn be cleared.
For this reason, I made the combination 3.

Autumn aster - Third-party experiences

Gives playfulness, sparkle, joy. You may feel like it in all its facets. Works on your senses. Restful. Heart rate. Lowers blood pressure. Out of your head to your feelings.

Letting go of what doesn't matter.

It moves very slowly, a soft,subtle beautiful movement that slowly gets bigger. Works on the emotional/mental layer, stabilises something there. Gold/green energy, nice smell. Small slow flow allowing access to something. Nice soft drops.

Thank you for sending the Autumn aster! I have now carried the bottle in my hand a few times while walking my dog. What I have noticed so far is that 1: I have children's songs in my head every time. 2: it gives a powerful and warm energy in my hand. 3: the word Strength pops up in me every time. 4: I am then very aware of a good and calm Self-confidence, a beautiful I am-primarily-as-I-am. Maybe more will come in during holding bottle and I'll let you know. As for ingesting, I would also like to start testing it. But is the idea to take Autumn aster alone for a while? Or can it be in a combination with other Star remedies? I am still using the blossoms. Mainly now communication blossoms, 'insight' drops and knotweed. And here and there a compensation and decompensation blossom. I'm actually doing very well. And I feel increasingly coming home to my original state. Thanks to your drops, Reiki, Firm Method, and my own efforts. I feel grateful. Strength, self-confidence, grounding, firmly on the ground, back always straight, insight into Rockwater

By arrangement, my findings on the new remedy "Autumn Aster".
What happened almost immediately after ingestion was the following:
-there went cold
-my head became emptier and clearer ( that was full of everything).
- a sense of calm arose within me.
-I felt peace, acceptance and relaxation.

After taking it for a while, I found that I could let go of things more easily. The immense grief for my deceased bunnies is more manageable. I can now think back to them without pain and sorrow. Rejection from people I am very sensitive to is also more manageable. It's still not easy but the sting is out. I am no longer completely swept off my feet and instead of days of pain in my heart and brooding, the pain is gone pretty quickly and the brooding is less and shorter in duration. It's like I have a layer of protection around me somewhere so things don't affect me as intensely as before. And very nice.... it's a great bach remedy for rabbits!!! Yes, rabbits are very sensitive ( like me ) and although somewhere very much on earth ( literally close to the ground ) also connected to the higher, to light energy. I went to test whether my rabbits needed this remedy and certainly 5 out of 11 could use the remedy. A naturopath told me that Star of Bethlehem is a remedy that suits rabbits very well but Autumn aster is also very fitting! I only have rabbits with a Past here. Even the little animals that were born here because I fished mother Rosemary off the streets mid-pregnancy unfortunately turn out to be damaged anyway. But.... I gave rabbit Sam this remedy and he changed almost immediately. He suddenly became the old Sam again who was so gentle in character. By now he had improved his ranking position with aggression anyway but now he is back to being gentle to say it in his Flemish way without being the underdog again. He is also just much more passable. More measured. More relaxed, more laid back, calmer and more stable. I hope you can do something with this!

It took a few days before I started noticing anything and it was more that I became aware of something. I am more open-minded and carefree in the world. My childlike joy returns and I don't immediately have judgements about something and someone. I am happier and feel like I am again who I once was (now aged 67). It is very subtle, but it feels very familiar because it is obviously a return to who I once was. It is not creature comforts so it is almost unnoticeable. I am better able to leave my children's problems with them and that is very pleasant. I do live with them but no longer get caught up in the misery.Actually, it feels like I have lost a lot of ballast. Thank you for testing this product, I am happy with it.

It works on the heart. It makes my heart more powerful. Not so much physically, but more confident. I am happy with who I am. Makes the heart open. No fancy talk. Take yourself as you are. Being honest. I get a clear view. This is so far what I observed. If there's more to come you'll hear it.

What a powerful remedy! I was sad and a bit apathetic today vw the death of a friend( she turned 94) I have been feeling like crap all day and nothing is coming out of my hands. The remedy falls through the letterbox, I look at it, feel a benevolent energy, more grounding. I decide to take the remedy pure and put it in a tube in my pocket.
Immediately I feel relieved, the sad feeling is gone and I am suddenly capable of action again (unfortunately that consists of doing the housework, nothing pleasant to do). Haj Madeleine, Just see your post on facebook and will pass on what Claudia felt at the bottle. It moves very slowly, a soft,subtle beautiful movement that slowly gets bigger. Works on the emotional/mental layer, stabilises something there. Gold/green energy, nice smell. Small slow flow that gives access to something. Nice soft drops.
The drop sets something open but people have closed for a reason. Protection and grounding are needed. I told her that you always put several drops in a bottle so will look at that too. My question now is, if you send people this bottle and on the emotional plane things open up because of the use, can someone always handle that? Maybe because of the slow effect and because they are soft drops it can?

As promised, I have started taking the autumn aaster and what I notice so far is that it gets me out of my head, I feel quite cheerful and "problems" seem less heavy. So that's very positive, but unfortunately what I also notice is that I experience a certain amount of restlessness in my chest when I've had the remedy, like I've had too much coffee....

Good morning, Madeleine! I have been taking the Autumn aster for a little over a week now and am reacting ( I think) quite violently. Could it be that all sorts of things are clearing up first? I am extremely emotional, don't feel at all comfortable in my skin, my head is a mess and I suffer a lot from tightness in the chest and pressure (I already had it, but it seems worse now). The test at the mesologist turned red and indicated 'blockage on love'. Could this be related to the remedy? Kind regards

Dear Carina, precisely because I do not yet know exactly how everyone will react, I have sent so many remedies. What I "heard" when making the remedy is that if during conception or times the time in the womb or as a small child somehow a blockage has arisen to your spirituality, Autumn aster helps to dissolve this blockage. I don't know what issues you still have to resolve....before you can get started with Autumn aster. Chest tightness often indicates that you are "too sweet", giving yourself away too much or that there is still a trauma. I can't answer that from here. But your response is so valuable. I want to start collating all responses and if I get a lot of responses in, make them public without attribution of course. If the remedy is too intense for you, stop it and see what happens. Thank you, dear Madeleine! Your answer helps me a lot, because there is indeed a blockage on my birth. I immediately felt that was it, when I read your answer. That blockade is on self-love and maybe also on being loved...received. And the pressure on my chest has indeed something to do with that too. Thank you! That helps me further. I think it's great that you use my experiences to help others! When I have important reactions, I will share them with you. I didn't take any drops today for a while and it feels a bit calmer. Okay thank you. I held the bottle between my hands and felt that there was a lot of movement in it. I felt and saw a big healing sphere and round circles moved in it. Autumn aster

This time a very different blog from the one you are used to from me.

For a few years now, again "suddenly", there has been an Autumn aster in my garden. I did not plant this one. It grows next to a Yew, which I also did not plant. Last year I finally "had to" make and remedy of it. I left the mother tincture for six months. And recently I made stockbottles of it and distributed them to some therapists.

I myself knew when making the remedy, that it would serve to awaken your "childlike" spirituality. And always, I still have a somewhat timid feeling about these words.
If during conception, the time in the womb,the first years of childhood, a blockage occurred here, the Autumn aster removes this blockage.

When tested by other therapists, the words I got included:

Gives playfulness, sparkle, joy. You may feel like it in all its facets.
Works on your senses.
Calming.
Heart rate.
Blood pressure lowering.
Out of your head to your feelings.

QUEST-people always suffer from a bad conscience. In all possible and impossible situations, they find reasons to feel guilty
And even when they are successful, they blame themselves that they could have done even better.
And if she/he receives a compliment, she/he cannot take it.

What a lovely dress you have on! Oh, that's an old one though and I bought it on sale.

How well you handled that problem! Oh, I'm paid for that anyway and it's no more than my duty to get it right.

How good you look! Oh, that's only because of the new make-up I have on. When I take it off, I look like crap.

Accepting a gift is very difficult for the person suffering from the negative mood of Firethorn.
Oh well, such a gift is far too much for me, isn't it?

Sexually, these people also have a lot of guilt. Even if you are exhausted by every conceivable daily worry, think of your work, the children, the household, all sorts of tasks you have to fulfil, then.........???????

These people are dismissive of themselves and punish themselves with self-blame and often say:
- If only I had .....!
- Why do I have ....?
- Please excuse me ...!
- I'm sorry that ...!

They usually look for fault with themselves, even when possibly someone else could be guilty.
They may even hurt themselves physically just to avoid facing their own feelings.

Insomniacid can be a consequence of this state of mind because guilt prevents them from falling asleep at night and they only blame themselves in bed.

Children, who need this remedy, tend to apologise, repeating over and over again for everything possible , or even futilities.
Always they start talking about their " misstep or mistake" again, as if this cannot leave them alone.
Their "bad" conscience often prevents them from falling asleep easily at night as a result.
At school, they often blame others and accept punishment without complaining.
With small children, this guilt manifests itself, always telling them what they did wrong and how that's why Mum grumbled at them.
They point to an object, which they knocked over once with the comment "mummy, ouch, ouch", make the gesture that the mother egged them on for punishment.
When parents divorce, they often feel guilty if their beloved parents' divorce is not because of them.

Physically, this negative state of mind can manifest itself through stomach discomfort, pain in the tailbone, right shoulder, back of the head.

Firethorn gives compassion to others, but also to yourself.
Accepting yourself as you are. You are good the way you are. You love yourself the way you are. You allow yourself to enjoy the good things in life. You don't have to have a bad conscience about this.
You no longer have to apologise for yourself to others.
You feel connected to each other. Going for a higher goal together, clearing (sometimes seemingly invisible) obstacles by themselves.
Knowing that you are working together with your like-minded people for the same goal. Firethorn has to do with compassion, with compassion for all that lives on this earth. But also compassion for everything within yourself.
That you accept that you are as you are in essence and that you can deal with that lovingly for yourself.
A remedy that is also very important in this day and age given the way the world is treated and the way people treat themselves.
