Mask flower - Mimulus guttatus floor

Mask flower

Many questions came in following the first story on Masquerade, which I will answer as best I can.

First, I want to make it clear, and I have already done so once, that the whole of the Netherlands and Belgium should not take this remedy. That is not the reason I created this blog. I want to make it clear again, that one of the important focal points in my life is to share knowledge. If this allows you to treat certain emotions or problems that bother you in a good way so that they disappear and never come back (how you do that and what you do is of course your own responsibility), you can take control of your own life.
I hope you understand, given my own background, that this is a life requirement for me!

One of the questions was whether exacerbation could result from the use of remedies.
The answer is no...unless. And this is where I will elaborate.

I am not a homeopath so I don't know enough about that. What I do know that in the beginning of using homeopathic remedies, there may be an aggravation of symptoms. This "initial" aggravation is a sign that the remedy was well chosen and that now the healing reaction is starting. This aggravation is temporary and also goes away again after a few hours or a few days. As a rule, exacerbations in acute complaints disappear within a few hours (as does the complaint itself). In chronic complaints, exacerbations may take a little longer.
So should you want to go to a homeopath, make sure you choose a really good one.

With blossom remedies, the symptoms may not worsen, because then you don't have the right blossom remedy or the problem is on another level.

Bach blossoms ( I do not describe them here) are also often written about: Doesn't hurt, doesn't hurt.
Nothing could be further from the truth.

Why is that:
Looking at Masquerade:
Briefly, I will write a little about the kidney meridian.
Mask flower is the remedy for sensitive people, who have weaker kidney energy....then you really don't have to have any physical complaints to the kidneys, you know?
These people are especially sensitive to cold. As a result, hypochondria can often develop, which doctors often see as nonsense, posturing. Which is absolutely not the case.
People with hypochondria often really suffer!
The consequence, in turn, is that you can fall into endogenous depression. (Dark cloud, seemingly out of nowhere)
This is all to do with kidney energy.
Also, these people are usually more likely to suffer from stress....and by this I mean that they can be overloaded more quickly by the "outside world".
That is real stress. There is also a lot of nonsense about this.

The origins of all this may have to do with e.g. being hospitalised as a small child or if you experienced anxiety as a small child, e.g. having been in a children's home.
Even ear infections can weaken the kidney meridian. In Chinese medicine, the element Water has central significance.Connected to it is the kidney, among others. The organ associated with Water is "hearing". Also, emotional properties of this element are determination, constancy and confidence. If there is somehow a disorder in this element, it leads to anxiety, insecurity, inhibition and lack of confidence.
So all that can affect the entire kidney meridian.
So, for example, a dog that has experienced a lot of fear can also have a weakened kidney energy. And you often see that the animal then starts asking for attention and "clings" to the owner like a "tangle".
Of course, none of this has to have anything to do with you. I just want to provide insight into how the human or animal system works.

Among the Bach remedies, the kidney meridian includes the remedies Maskflower, Heather, Mustard and Elm.
Please don't go experimenting with this because it could disrupt your entire system.
Suppose you take the remedy Mimulus and the anxiety only gets worse, it could be that this emotion is on another level. Remedies work on an emotional level. The blockage (i.e. aggravation) is possibly on an etheric level. I then advise you to stop using the remedy and the resulting symptoms will lessen after a few days, however, the negative state of mind has not been resolved and I advise you to see a good flower therapist.

What has transpired in all the years that I have been developing the Star Remedies is that Masherflower, Aster, Immortelle and Cucumberweed indirect work on this meridian without the meridian being "triggered".
And is the issue of and Mask flower and Aster and Immortelle and Cucumber solved, but also just that.

I will also write about the connection of all the remedies in relation to the meridians, organs and associated chakras later, when I have described all the remedies.
My book, which I will rewrite in 2017 ( if I can....very much work ) will cover all that.

I hope the above gives somewhat of a little insight. I can also imagine that it comes across as complicated but once this methodology is insightful then you get a kind of "blueprint" on what your life and/or that of others looks like at the moment.

But back to Masquerade:
Masquerade people are scared, very sensitive and primarily skittish.
They have particular difficulty with loud noises, gives (unconscious) anxiety. But they also have difficulty with people speaking loudly, thunderstorms can be unbearable for them. The concrete fear of a doctor, driving, flying, injections, water, fear of heights, fear of depth, dogs, cats or mice and even fear of people can make life unbearable for their sensitive constitution. This, in turn, can make life unbearable for others. Through their fear, they "force" others to take their hypersensitivities into account.

Masquerade people are often closed and try to hide their fears from those around them. As a result, they tend to remain undiscovered even though they cannot hide their hypersensitivity.
This is why it is so important for the therapist to always ask about the client's hypersensitivity!!!

The flower is not called for nothing Mask flower: we try to mask our fear. We don't want to know "it". That is precisely what makes it so difficult, because you don't dare express your fear. You also see that situations where we are confronted with our fear are avoided. It can even go so far as to simulate illness, but you can also "get sick with fear". However, the beginning of overcoming fear is to dare to say, " I am afraid of.......". To accept that there is fear, then there can be room for the confidence that you no longer need to be afraid.

Another example: Fear of flying
If you have a fear of flying because you are afraid of crashing, it is Masquerade. If you have fear that you are helplessly handed over when you get on a plane and the feeling that you can't get out, that you no longer possess freedom of action and that you "have to" go through the situation, then this has to do with chronic panic and the remedy Love & Hope is important.

Of course, we all have fears, but in cases of extreme anxiety, it is still advisable to consult a therapist. These people are unable to get out of the vicious cycle that has arisen for them on their own. The old behaviour patterns are so programmed that there is a constant danger of relapse.

I sincerely hope that this blog gives a little more insight, not only about fear, but also about how such a process works in humans and animals and what all the consequences can be of these concrete fears.

MASK BLOWER

Masquerade people are fearful, highly sensitive and skittish. They are especially sensitive to loud noises, loud music, loud speech, bright lights, neon lights, unkind remarks, coldness, conflicts, aggression from others

The most striking state of mind is fear. These include fear of: diseases, thunderstorms, water, pain, injections, the dentist, accidents, driving, flying, burglars, animals, insects, death, squares or rooms, hospitalisation, telephone calls, being alone.
With the Hosta flower remedy, I wrote that these people also have a fear of death and well, especially fear of what comes after death. With the blossom remedy Maskerflower, there is also fear of death and especially of the suffering that can come with it.

As a Mask Flower person: you try to mask your fear. You don't want to know "it". You are often closed off and try to hide your fears from those around you. At the same time, this makes it so difficult because you don't dare to express your fear. You also find yourself avoiding situations where you are confronted with our fear. This can even go so far as to simulate illness, but you can also "get sick with fear".

Stuttering can also arise from the Masquerade condition, because one has become insecure internally out of fear. You often see a red head, a nervous smile or someone talking very fast out of nervousness. With the blossom remedy Star of Bethlehem, stuttering has also been discussed, however here stuttering arose from shock.

This flower remedy has a relationship with the Kidney meridian.

Physically, there may be complaints on the back at the level of the 3rd thoracic vertebra and ending at the level of the 8th.
Cold hands and feet also occur with this state of mind.
Often these people are very sensitive on the ears and, especially in children, ear infections are common.

The blossom remedy Maskerflower gives calmness, security, perseverance, courage, self-confidence and courage.

First, I want to tell you how it actually came about that I started making remedies.
Herb-roer-me-not was the first of eventually a long series of remedies that Micha and I created without ever knowing that this wonderful work would ever come our way.

Below is a piece I wrote in my book "From Mother to Remedies", which I will rewrite in 2017.

On the platform of Central Station, a woman stood for months from May 1945, waiting and hoping to see if one more family member would return by one of the trains from the camps. She was heavily pregnant.

That woman was my mother...... and was pregnant with me.

Instead of throwing a big party for our 25th wedding anniversary (which I secretly dreamed of still wearing the wedding dress that day, which I never had), the three of us decided to go to Costa Rica. A party was going to cost a lot of money, it was the day before the Millennium, we didn't know if people really wanted to come, if they wouldn't have other commitments. The day after, most would also have another party. The great holiday we spent Costa Rica.

The piece of old pain that was still in my soul then, that I actually encountered in Costa Rica.

In every hotel we stayed in, we encountered large groups of Jewish people every time. And each time we were included in these groups with enormous love. What became clear to me, o....... how painful, this is something I would have liked so much to have had as a child. The children, who were in primary school with me, regularly went to stay with their grandparents or an aunt or they went to play with their cousins. I did not understand this, as I did not have grandparents or an aunt and uncle, let alone cousins. Many children from the neighbourhood were not allowed to play with us either, otherwise they would get "Jew tricks". What I did know was that my mother had a huge grief, but its magnitude was not clear to me. It was as if there was a kind of silence that I didn't know what to do with.
The warmth of these groups of people in Costa Rica touched my soul so deeply. When we had to say goodbye to the first group, Rob told me, he had rarely seen such pain in my eyes. How vulnerable I was!

I had this feeling the whole holiday and every day I was picking and fiddling with the Herb-roer-me-not. Everyone who wanted to hear and see it ( or maybe didn't want to hear and see it), e.g. while walking through the rainforest, I showed the little flower. Every time I touched the little plant, the leaves closed and then when I touched it again, the whole plant fell to the ground, as if dead. But to my surprise, after a few minutes the stalk came back up and then the petals opened again.

For hours I sat with this little plant. At the time, I had all the patience in the world. I had a deep sense of "humble". You could translate it as humility or meekness, but that is not the right translation for me. Perhaps the word "humble" is a better synonym for it.
At the end of the holidays came the day, I had to make this remedy! Now I know how tough this is! And yet had to it, it couldn't be otherwise! Could this be what Dr Bach meant, i.e. that you have to go through the negative state of mind every time before preparing a remedy? In the Netherlands, I made many people feel the remedy.......what turned out to be, for everyone it was a revelation the feelings the remedy evoked in them!!!!!!!!!

I felt protected by making this remedy. Felt protected from within. I also felt protected and supported by those around me. I was really a Herbal stir-me-not. So sensitive.

An important part of the Kruidje-roer-me-not is how she reacts to the environment. It could be that the environment (read people) reacts to Kruidje-roer-me-niet people. How many times do you hear...don't be silly...it's not that bad....you shouldn't react to this so much, because I don't mean anything by it......you need to get a little callus on your soul.....that's life.

Often as a result of shock or trauma, Herb stirring-me-not people become more sensitive and susceptible and threaten to "shut down" even before anything happens.

Looking at the difference between Star of Bethlehem and Herb-rock-me-not you can see that with the negative state of mind of Star of Bethlehem, "one" reacts as if the wound, upon the re-administration of a hurt or there being anything even remotely referring to a hurt, gets bigger and "one" experiences even more pain.

With Herb-roer-me-not, "people" shut down or protect themselves in advance so as not to get hurt.

It looks like Herb-roer-me-not is even more sensitive.

Micha also made his first remedy there. They were such unsightly little flowers, which he cut off piece by piece, that he spent one hour cutting them alone. What this remedy does I don't know. It should not be used either.

For Micha, it has been the opening to "make remedies". I don't know what kind of flower it is. We never found out.

Dear Madeleine

Would like to let you know about my experiences with herb stir me not. Since a few days, I have been carrying the remedy with me. I have not taken it.
The first experience was tranquillity. As if everyone shut up for a moment. Lovely. It also gives firmness, more strength from within. Now I can experience what comes out of me. Only now I notice how many confusing impulses I picked up from the environment that I thought were mine. It doesn't reduce my sensitivity, but focusing is easier. Like a radio that now has a good antenna and can tune to a frequency without being bothered by jammers.
As a result, I no longer shut myself off from the outside world in advance. I can be open without the fear of being hurt. I no longer have to be constantly on my guard. Now I also notice how tired I actually am of being on alert all the time. It always seemed as if I needed many different blossom remedies and that this also changed very quickly. After one intake, it was often different again. Now I don't need any other remedy at all. Really enjoying it.
Thank you very much for making this remedy. Many other people will also enjoy this very much.

In recent years, a lot of scientific research has been done on high sensitivity. It showed that this is not 'something between the ears', but that the processing of stimuli in the brain is actually different in highly sensitive people. The Vrije Universiteit Brussel organised the first scientific congress last year, discussing the results of the studies. After alternative therapists, more and more general practitioners, psychiatrists and psychologists now recognise that high sensitivity exists. High sensitivity is not a disorder or condition, but a personality trait or character trait. About 20% of people are born with it.

Through this attention, high sensitivity gains recognition and can be increasingly used as a strength.

What does it mean to high-sensitivity to be?
A long list with the note that every person is unique and not everything applies to everyone!
I did not come up with the list below myself, but compiled it from many sources of information.

Because you know:

High sensitivity is your strength!

- HSPs are very aware of their thinking, feeling and acting. From all this awareness, they can become very tired. Thus, they are worse grounded and lose touch with their bodies and reality more easily. Quickly fatigued, quickly tired.
- Highly-sensitive people (HSP) absorb a lot of subtle information that other people are less likely to. One is more likely to be over-stimulated, resulting in feeling uncomfortable. As a result, one can be irritated earlier and the highly sensitive person is more likely to feel uncomfortable.
- A high-sensitive person is sensitive to stimuli from the environment. Flushing, trembling, a fast heartbeat, inability to think are examples of symptoms. Do not confuse it with anxiety or shyness.
- She/he finds it difficult to be watched, measured or evaluated. They then do not function for the full 100%.
- They are very good at caring and nurturing others. This is because they 'sense' the needs of others. However, they often forget to take good care of themselves. Their help often appears intrusive because they sense more than the person in question and who has not yet asked for help.
- They can make connections quickly through their strong intuition. These connections are often not understood by others.
- Many are creative, artistic, have a rich imagination , a great sense of beauty and have strong intuition.
- He/she needs philosophical, in-depth and spiritual conversations. However, they can also go overboard in this and then their conversations become 'floaty'.
- They have a better-developed 6th sense but are not necessarily psychic.
- She/he is less good at factual knowledge though they are usually good at languages and learning.
- Virtually all gifted people are HSP.
- He/she likes to retreat to a space that is safe for him/her, e.g. the bed.

- They quickly sense what the atmosphere is like. They want harmony and in an environment lacking that (businesslike, competitive or hostile) they function less well. When under stress and work pressure, they perform less.
- They often have low self-esteem because they were often rejected and experienced being 'different' from others.
- They seem shy, but they are not. On the contrary, they are very sociable. They are, however, very sensitive to the opinions of others. They experience these through detailed perception of body language which a non-HSP usually does not register or registers less.
- They can be in the middle of life. A prerequisite is that they feel secure.
- They have a big fantasy world. In this world, they create a lot. Actually going about shaping is usually a weaker trait.
- They are good at motivating and inspiring others. They are visionary and see possibilities from a very early stage, where it is not yet visible to others. In doing so, they may lose touch with their surroundings.
- There are no more boys or girls with high sensitivity.
- They are highly sensitive to physical or psychological pains in themselves or others.
- Highly Sensitive Children (HSK) do not like rough games and isolate themselves more easily.
- They want to be able to work and create from the heart. They then perform optimally.
- Many are perfectionists and they are afraid of making mistakes. The upside is that they are very careful and accurate and spot mistakes earlier.
- They follow rules more than others to avoid disapproval and comments.
- Interference factors from the environment are very strongly noticed. Unspoken negative feelings from others quickly upset them. Unkindness is also more likely to upset them.
- He/she is more likely to experience stress symptoms such as stomach aches, restless bowels, headaches, tingling nerves or an overall uneasy feeling.
- She/he can quickly 'deflate' in contact with other people.
- They have a great desire to be accepted for who they are.
- They are often 'unbounded', ( also called a large energy field or aura) and therefore extra sensitive to external stimuli. They find it difficult to recognise and indicate boundaries.
- They absorb a lot of external stimuli such as sounds, conversations, smells, busy streets, atmospheres, etc. This makes them tired faster.
- He/she thinks a lot (intelligence, reflection, brooding) and this takes a lot of energy.
- She/he is more likely to suffer from hay fever and/or eczema due to (over)sensitivity.
- They are better able than anyone else to listen to what is left unsaid in communication. Nuances of voice, sound, pitch and body language are easily perceived and this allows them to see through the other person (including social workers).
- Other people often feel comfortable with HSPs and share their problems with them. The downside is that the HSP empathises too much which causes them to give away their own power resulting in deflation and fatigue.
- He/she is more sensitive to stimulants such as e.g. drugs, caffeine, alcohol and often also to drugs and herbs (e.g. Ginseng)
- When an HSP commits to something, he also goes all the way for it.
- She/he is authentic and original. They have a wealth of plans and new ideas. However, when they have to function with fixed tasks and roles, they perform markedly less. They want everything too good, too deep and too perfect. The word 'too' is the biggest pitfall.
- He/she often takes an advisory role, such as writers, historians, philosophers, judges, artists, researchers, theologians, therapists and teachers.
- She/he is not the type for shifts or night shifts.
- They like peace and quiet.
- An HSP needs a lot of his own time. During this time, it is important for him to feed his soul. However, this does not make him selfish because it is precisely in this own time that he does a lot of work that ultimately benefits others.
- They are highly is allergic to everything that MUST. Obtaining planning and structure can be problematic. They are good at putting off 'must do' activities which can be detrimental to themselves.
- They also often do not know which feelings, emotions or physical complaints are their own or have been inherited from others.
- HSPs have a great sense of justice and a strong aversion to violence.
- HSPs include both tranquillity seekers and tension seekers. About 30% of HSPs are extroverts but easily overstimulated.
- Most people with eating disorders are highly sensitive.
- They have a deep connection with nature, the plant and animal world.
- For an HSP, Rest, Order and Regularity are important pillars to lead a balanced life.
- Many people with fatigue disease are highly sensitive

Herb-rock-me-not

The blossom remedy Herb stir-me-not is suitable for highly sensitive people. People, who are highly sensitive (HSP) experience the world in a different way than people who do not have this characteristic.
It could be that the environment (read people) reacts critically to Kruidje-roer-me-not-people. How often do you hear: don't get upset,...it's not that bad,....you shouldn't react so strongly to this, because I don't mean anything by it,......you need to get a little callus on your soul,.....so is life.
Herb-rock-me-not people are easily touchy, over-stimulated, become emotional quickly, experience anxiety, depression and stress more quickly.
They have heightened vulnerability, emotionality and subtlety come hard to them.
High sensitivity is characterised by in-depth information processing and more thoughtful interaction with the outside world. In advance, they often close themselves off or protect themselves to avoid being hurt. Just like the flower does when touched alone.

Due to the experience of shock or trauma, Herb stirring-me-not people become more sensitive and susceptible, threatening to "shut down" even before anything happens.

The blossom remedy Herb stir-me-not causes you to be more shielded and take more space for yourself.
Even when the other person gets too close, it can no longer bother you.
It doesn't reduce your sensitivity, but you can focus better. Like a radio that now has a good antenna and can tune to the right frequency without being bothered by the jammers.
The end result is that you no longer cut yourself off from the outside world in advance.

You gain strength from within and the blossom remedy also lets you get to your own power. You are again able to go your own way and keep following it. You are more conscious in life with both feet on the ground.

Physically, we often see that Herb stir-me-not people quickly suffer from symptoms such as stomach aches, restless bowels, headaches, an overall uneasy feeling or great fatigue.

immortelleAbout 42 years ago, we went on holiday to Ile de Ré for the first time. The island was not yet connected to the mainland by a bridge but you had to cross by boat. We drove to the last part of the island and found a campsite there. Somehow I was so taken by the island. The smell! The atmosphere! What it was I don't know, but it felt very special.
I was not really familiar with flower remedies or alternative medicine back then. I was still obediently working as a social worker at the Social Service in Amsterdam.
Flowers grew in the dunes, beautiful yellow dried flowers, which smelled very special.
It was a great holiday. The "endless" beaches, the beautiful sea, the freedom, I experienced there. And almost every year we went to this beautiful island for at least one week.
And always the atmosphere of the island lingered in my mind.
A few years ago, I heard that the island would be connected by a bridge. I thought that was a real shame. Now I'm sure a lot of tourists would go there. Would the atmosphere then remain as it was? The small villages on the island all consisted of small, white houses. No house was higher than two floors. Near all the houses, hollyhocks bloomed in all colours. In the small streets, there was not a piece of paper on the street, not a cigarette butt on the street, not a discarded chewing gum.
In short...so idyllic in my eyes.

In January 2012, I was on holiday in Asia. I was reading a delightful novel by Natasha Farrant: The Family Reunion. The back cover of the book read the following:
During her childhood, Florence went to her family's home on the west coast of France every summer, where her exotic and charming cousins joined her. Under the loving watchful eye of her grandmother Mimi, a life of sneaky drinking, secret kisses and the bittersweet pain of first love etc. etc. began.
On page 29 of the book I read, under the glorious sun of Thailand:
The smell of Ré met them even as they were still driving on the bridge connecting the island to the mainland, warm pines mixed with the pungent aroma of immortelles, the little yellow flowers the dunes were covered with.

A shock went through me. That was where I needed to go, that was where I needed to make a remedy, but I was just on the other side of the world.
This was the cure I had waited for so long. This was going to be the cure for depression. This was going to be the remedy that makes the sun shine in your heart again.
And the remedy had to be made in May or June and it was only January.
If we were going to the island, we had to stay in a tent. Not in a hotel. Don't ask me why.......it was like that.
We decided to go in May. But the weather "just didn't pan out". A cold spring. We postponed our trip and went in June.

18 June we drove towards Ile de Ré and Rob, Micha, Madelief (our dachshund) and I had a wonderful trip.
We arrived at a very small campsite. We unloaded the car and went straight through a small patch of forest of some pine trees to the dunes.
By the first row of dunes, I was ecstatic. I immediately smelt the flower I came for. And yes, there it was, the Immortelle. Still very small, in bud and just a few plants. There was no cure for this.
The weather thankfully got better, with forecasts being for beautiful weather on Saturday and Sunday. Saturday was not yet the right day to make a remedy. But Sunday was absolutely beautiful. The Immortelle began to bloom and suddenly there were many plants. Once the plant blooms it turns into a dried flower very quickly......and then it would be too late to make a remedy.
But Sunday was the right day and the remedy was made.

When making the remedy, I knew what else the remedy would do other than resolve depression.
Somehow, it "takes a load off your mind" and the person who needs the remedy has another "hard" nut to crack. The remedy provides a direct "line" to confidence in life. It provides basic security. You can listen, hear more purely.
The remedy makes the sun shine in your heart. The dark clouds disappear.
That was what I knew when I started making the remedy, together with Micha.

In the previous blog, I wrote:
That you can have a feeling that "something" is missing something, but you don't know what,
that you experience a feeling of total inner emptiness
but that the feeling of emptiness seems to have no cause

Periods of deep dejection make themselves known by:
- there is no identifiable cause or external trigger
- that they also just disappear again
- that everything seems pointless and dark
- as if someone had turned out the lights
- a sadness, discontent, bad temper for no reason
- Prefer to pull the blankets over you when waking up in the morning

and these conditions can occur like a lightning bolt from a clear sky

But also:
Irritability, confusion, nervousness, lethargy, fatigue, tearfulness, poor concentration, overwrought feelings, no desire to socialise, Much self-criticism and low self-esteem.
And need for high-calorie food, muscle weakness and/or muscle pain, constipation (constipation), weight gain.

That blossom remedy Immortelle is an excellent remedy if you are feeling depression of any kind. It makes the sun shine in your heart again and all the dark clouds will disappear. You can be happy in life again.
Immortelle means eternal, imperishable, immortal, for life.

Afterwards, the remedy was tested by many therapists at CINT (our training institute) and what else came out ( just a few listings ), was:
The blossom remedy gives a strong focus.
It is "mindfullness" in a bottle.
It makes you very calm and steadfast, clear and contemplative
It gives existence.
Making sense because it exists.
Life goes on steadily like a slow-flowing river.
Seeing your own "magic power", your own strengths and beaming that up to others.
Let yourself shine.
Your talents emerge.
If you are "stuck" in your thoughts, Immortelle gives you the strength and strength and confidence that you are "there again".
You come to realise that you have grown and that you cannot go back to the "old low". That is over.
You confidently take new steps and close the past you have been struggling with.
You are taking a different path in your life. A step towards "complete" adulthood.
It helps you achieve your life purpose and surrender to it instead of "fighting" against it. And allows you to embrace life. You are included in it, you belong, you also have a place here.
Gives a protective primal mother and primal father feeling, clarification.

Immortelle immortelle

Immortelle
-people often make a closed impression and move slowly; as a result of their melancholia, they are literally paralysed in their activities. They often lack appetite in spite of being hungry. They require excessive sleep; insomnia may also occur; they experience great fatigue and indefinable physical discomfort. However, these symptoms need not always occur. There may be a feeling of melancholy in milder cases without further symptoms. A feeling, that something is missing , not knowing what, a sense of total inner emptiness. This points to the flower remedy Immortelle, especially when there is real no cause for these complaints.

Periods of profound dejection can also occur, occurring without an identifiable cause or an external trigger.
You have a feeling of depression of unknown cause or you feel gloomy "just like that". Or everything seems pointless and dark as if someone has turned out the lights.
These conditions can occur like a lightning bolt from a clear sky and
accompanied by sadness, dislike, a bad mood for no reason
These feelings can also disappear again just like that.

In medicine, this is called endogenous, i.e. depression coming from within.
Severe form: endogenous depression
Mild form: melancholic phase
Latent form: feeling of homesickness, don't know to what

The flower remedy Immortelle is an excellent remedy if you have these feelings.
It makes the sun shine in your heart again and all the dark clouds will disappear. You can be happy in life again

Immortelle, the name says it all, means eternal, imperishable, immortal to life. What we essentially are.
The flower that never wilts.

This flower remedy can have a relationship with both the colon meridian and the kidney meridian, i.e. with the organs colon and/or kidney.

Physical symptoms may include watery and itchy eyes, excessive sleeping, great fatigue, rash and/or pain left groin, lower half of right testicle and inner right ankle.

Leadwort-people, children or animals seem/are naive. They can ask questions like a small child.

In school, at lectures or seminars, they ask interjection questions, asking you the ears off your head. They often go into so much detail that you wonder what use this information can give them.
They are/appear to be often useless questions..... Why, why are bananas crooked. They seem to ask questions for the sake of questions. It seems like they just can't get enough information about all kinds of things.
This is also the reason for their "collecting frenzy". After all, you never know if you could ever need the information you have collected. This is also the reason why they can never throw anything away.

What lies behind this great hunger for information:
Failure to trust vis-à-vis his own judgement and decision-making ability.leadwort

Because they distrust their own opinions, they constantly ask others for advice. By doing so, they make themselves- more or less consciously-dependent on the other person. It is about the personality's refusal to accept impulses from his own inner self. Instead, he looks for truth in the outside world. Inspiration and intuition are partly consciously repressed due to uncertainty. Contact with their inner voice is blocked, the refusal to see and accept the role of the Higher Self.
This is also about your first intuition. As an example: you meet someone and your first feeling indicates....not fluff. Very quickly we switch to our "second" intuition and push that first feeling away. It is, I think in our society, not so easy to immediately follow your first intuition. Not so socially accepted!
You see in small children, it is precisely their first feelings that are still in the right place. A small child, who has to give a hand to an adult and the child refuses, look at why that child does that. Often they "don't like" the adult. And is that socially "accepted"?

Leadwort
-people do not realise that they actually know a lot, as already mentioned, they collect a lot of information and only save this information instead of working with it and do not dare to trust their own decisions. What I find from practice is that when people start using Leadweed, they often start dreaming a lot more.

You see: When visiting a doctor, they write the diagnosis along if necessary. They have a checklist with them that includes everything they want to ask. And "coincidentally" or not, I read about this very thing in Margriet magazine this week. In his column, GP Rutger Verhoeff tells about a patient who comes to him with a certain complaint and she gives him the diagnosis on a silver platter. A white A4 sheet lists all the complaints she has.

These people usually seek several therapies at once and ask the same questions to each therapist, because they hear different opinions, they become more and more uncertain. Do I get "very" Lead herb people and they ask me these questions, also possibly what I think of other therapies, I cut this off and say I specialise only in blossom remedies.
Leadkruid people often suffer not most because of their physical symptoms, but even more because of the uncertainty regarding their illness. Come into contact with the pendulum or tarot cards, they will commute or read the card before any decision.
When they go shopping, they always take someone with them. And they constantly need someone else's confirmation.

And of course I recognise now myself when I was pregnant. It was the first and only time I was expecting. And of course, I didn't know what was coming. I had a wonderful gynaecologist, Dr Krammer. Every time I came to him with my list of questions, he said, Dear, sit down and ask. Through his loving approach, he was able to answer many questions and remove many uncertainties. How different it was at the pregnancy gym. There, too, I had my questions. Afterwards, I heard from other participants that the leader had said that my delivery could be very difficult because I was asking so many questions. Due to the great attitude of Dr Krammer, who promised me he would be present at my delivery no matter what (which gave me a lot of confidence), I went through one contraction, followed by a few contractions and our son was born within 15 minutes. To which Dr Krammer again said I might as well be in the bush bush could have liked. This has always stayed with me.

Years ago, there was a trainee in our training who was struggling to start her own practice. She thought she would never be able to do it, that she would never be able to acquire the knowledge. She saw all sorts of bears in her path. She herself, by her own admission, had never come across the remedy Leadwort. At some point, she started working on it anyway and after a while found that she became more confident each time and eventually started a practice, together with her sister. They then rented a building with a kind of café/coffee house to make the threshold as low as possible (I don't know how else to describe it) and two practice rooms.
And as far as I know, very successful.

Children:
who keep crossing out their answers on a test,
who are very sensitive to the appreciation and approval of others,
who adapt quickly,
who always want what is "in", e.g. clothes,
who try to cheat at school, not because they don't know the answer, but to avoid making mistakes,
Who always look at what others do or say first,
who are very impressionable,
asking uninterrupted questions,
who have no opinion of their own.
These children benefit greatly from the blossom remedy Leadwort.

I have (of course) the cutest dachshund in the world. Sweetheart is her name. She goes everywhere with me. When we are at the annual International Therapist Fair, everyone knows her. She goes to everyone. Finds children the most fun there is. And she is the friendliest little dog I know. A few months ago, I found that she wasn't feeling so well....ogen probably just like that! Of course I could put together remedies for her myself but I still wanted to go to Stefan Veenstra, http://www.natuurlijkgezondedieren.nl/, so he could have a look at Liefje. He tested a weak pancreatic meridian. I was given Chinese herbs......but oh, how stupid of me. Natural.......Leadwort. Sweetie also always "asked" for confirmation. If someone rang the doorbell, she would come and get me. If I said it was fine, she did go alone. And there are many examples like that. That I hadn't thought of that. Now she has had one month of Leadwort and she knows what she wants again.

Leadwort-people are:
very studious, very diligent, inner insecurity, sensitive to judgement of others, accumulate knowledge without putting it into practice, tend to imitate others.

It's easy to hear them say:
I usually need a lot of time for my decisions and so I just ask others for advice.
I value the opinions of others.
I often doubt my own decisions.
I'm quite self-sufficient.
I often let others convince me against my opinion.
As soon as someone challenges my view, I start getting insecure.
I spend almost all my free time reading.
I definitely need outside confirmation before I want to put my decisions into action.

By Leadwort you are convinced of your own specific qualities and can therefore put them into practice. You also "listen" to what is important to you and you no longer allow yourself to be influenced by others. Leadwort lets you making real decisions in and about your life. You decide that now is the time to ....., whatever that means for you. You can do that quietly now and you "oversee" the decisions you are taking or will take.

These people are very inquisitive and diligent.
They ask you their ears, go into so much detail that you wonder what use this information can give them.
They are mostly useless questions... why are bananas crooked? They seem to ask questions for the sake of asking questions.
By asking so many questions, they get on the nerves of others, which eventually causes them to receive rejection instead of acclaim.
Because of their own lack of self-confidence, they admire and trust too much anyone who does dare to take strong positions.

What lies behind this huge information hunger:

Failure to trust one's own judgement and decision-making ability.

Because they distrust their own opinions, they constantly ask others for advice.
They collect a lot of information, piles of newspaper clippings, books and everything else that might ever be needed. They just hoard this information instead of working with it. Their house so often looks like a mess.
When visiting a doctor, they write the diagnosis along if necessary. They have a checklist with them that lists everything they want to ask. These people usually shop at several therapies at once and ask each therapist the same questions. All in search of certainty, but precisely because they hear so many different opinions, they become more and more uncertain.

As a Leadweed person, you often suffer most not because of your physical symptoms, but even more because of the uncertainty regarding your illness. If you come into contact with the pendulum or tarot cards, chances are you will commute or read a card before every decision.

The above-mentioned behaviour is often the precursor to a later Burnout.

The blossom remedy Leadwort convinces you of your own specific qualities and this allows you to apply them in life. You also "listen" to what is important to you and you no longer allow yourself to be influenced by others. This allows you to make real decisions in and about your life. You decide that now is the time to ....., whatever that means to you. You can do that quietly now and you "oversee" the decisions you are taking or are going to take.

The blossom remedy Leadwort has a relationship with the spleen/meat gland meridian.

Physical symptoms often manifest as eczema or other rashes on the right index and middle fingers, on the back of your right arm, at the level of the 8th to 11th thoracic vertebrae and the left side of the temple.

Use of Blossom Remedies

The most important thing with blossom remedies is the frequency of intake. Blossom remedies are best taken as often as possible in a day with the golden guideline being; 4 to 6 times a day, with 4 drops at a time from the dispensing bottle. To use blossom remedies and a user bottle, here are the simple steps; take a clean and unused 30ml pipette bottle. First, fill the pipette bottle with spring water. After this, add one teaspoon of brandy as a preservative, then add the blossom remedies.

Take the stock bottle or stock bottles of the chosen blossom remedies and put 3 drops of each into the 30ml. pipette bottle. A second golden guideline is; 1 drop from the stock bottle(s) to 10ml of spring water. There is no need to shake the bottle before use as it only contains the vibrations of the plants and has no actual material content.

Then take 4 drops from the user bottle and drip it under the tongue. If you touch the dropper with the tongue, mould may develop in the bottle. Repeat taking the blossom remedies at least 4 to 6 times a day.

Flower remedies are not a substitute for medication and do not replace doctors or medical specialists. Please note that in case of doubt you should always consult a doctor.
