No entanto, se houver demasiadas - em casos de stress elevado ou prolongado - o hipocampo j\u00e1 n\u00e3o consegue lidar com elas, o que tamb\u00e9m afecta outra parte do c\u00e9rebro: o lobo frontal. Esta parte, por sua vez, \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel pelo abrandamento da am\u00edgdala ou do n\u00facleo de am\u00eandoa. Se a am\u00edgdala, o chamado \"centro do medo\", deixar de ser inibida, d\u00e1-se um desencadeamento de emo\u00e7\u00f5es negativas. A produ\u00e7\u00e3o de hormonas do stress recome\u00e7a do zero e, assim, o stress continua a circular na mente e acabamos num ciclo vicioso.<\/p>\n<p>O stress cr\u00f3nico pode enfraquecer o sistema imunit\u00e1rio. Um sistema imunit\u00e1rio enfraquecido significa que \u00e9 mais suscet\u00edvel de ficar doente. Isto porque o sistema imunit\u00e1rio regula a inofensividade dos v\u00edrus, bact\u00e9rias e outros \"invasores\". Tamb\u00e9m se certifica de que todo o tipo de coisas s\u00e3o reparadas e limpas no corpo e no c\u00e9rebro. H\u00e1 muito stress? Ent\u00e3o a imunidade baixa e isso, por exemplo, faz com que o trabalho de repara\u00e7\u00e3o e limpeza seja menos bem executado no c\u00e9rebro. Da\u00ed os rem\u00e9dios <strong>Pele de pepino<\/strong> e <strong>Pepino I<\/strong> s\u00e3o vitais. Estes rem\u00e9dios s\u00e3o descritos em pormenor nos meus blogues de 22 e 29 de abril de 2016.<\/p>\n<p>A combina\u00e7\u00e3o II faz com que olhe mais positivamente para o futuro, de modo a que os \"ursos\" que v\u00ea no seu caminho deixem de ter um terreno f\u00e9rtil, \"como \u00e9 que tudo isto se vai resolver\", e que os seus n\u00edveis de energia n\u00e3o baixem.<br \/>\nNesta combina\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e3o os rem\u00e9dios Papoila, Nen\u00fafar, Erva da Gra\u00e7a, Bali, Erva de Pepino, Erva de Pepino I e, claro, Estrela de Bel\u00e9m.<br \/>\nJ\u00e1 descrevi todos os rem\u00e9dios em blogues anteriores e uma descri\u00e7\u00e3o mais pormenorizada pode ser encontrada a\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Especialmente agora, nos tempos que correm, o Chakra I \u00e9 muito importante.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O chakra I \u00e9 uma combina\u00e7\u00e3o das combina\u00e7\u00f5es I e II.<\/p>\n<p>O primeiro chakra relaciona-se com o <em>vontade de sobreviver<\/em> e as necessidades fundamentais da\u00ed resultantes, que permitem e asseguram a nossa exist\u00eancia f\u00edsica.<br \/>\nIsto inclui, naturalmente, comer, beber, dormir e tamb\u00e9m a reprodu\u00e7\u00e3o para sustentar a esp\u00e9cie humana.<br \/>\nA ele est\u00e1 associado o desejo de seguran\u00e7a, o desejo de ter uma casa, uma fam\u00edlia, filhos.<\/p>\n<p>O chakra representa tudo o que tem a ver com firmeza, estabilidade, seguran\u00e7a, confian\u00e7a, determina\u00e7\u00e3o e perseveran\u00e7a. Tanto no plano f\u00edsico como no psicol\u00f3gico.<br \/>\nA n\u00edvel f\u00edsico, isto significa que inclui os nossos dentes e ossos.<br \/>\nOs nossos ossos (coluna vertebral e esqueleto) d\u00e3o estabilidade e apoio aos nossos \u00f3rg\u00e3os. Tamb\u00e9m protegem \u00f3rg\u00e3os importantes como o cora\u00e7\u00e3o, os pulm\u00f5es e o c\u00e9rebro.<\/p>\n<p>A n\u00edvel f\u00edsico, existe uma liga\u00e7\u00e3o entre o primeiro chakra e as gl\u00e2ndulas supra-renais. As gl\u00e2ndulas supra-renais s\u00e3o compostas por duas partes: a medula e o c\u00f3rtex.<br \/>\nAs gl\u00e2ndulas supra-renais (medula suprarrenal) produzem as hormonas adrenalina e noradrenalina.<br \/>\nO c\u00f3rtex suprarrenal produz uma s\u00e9rie de hormonas (uma das mais conhecidas \u00e9 a <em>cortisona<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>A adrenalina \u00e9 produzida no seu corpo quando o seu corpo pensa que est\u00e1 em perigo. Isto n\u00e3o se refere apenas a quest\u00f5es de vida ou morte. Tamb\u00e9m se aplica a situa\u00e7\u00f5es de grande stress. Pode ser em situa\u00e7\u00f5es em que h\u00e1 muito \"em jogo\", mas tamb\u00e9m quando se est\u00e1 muito zangado, muito chocado, quando se est\u00e1 assustado ou quando se est\u00e1 a fazer exerc\u00edcio f\u00edsico intenso.<br \/>\nEste mecanismo \u00e9 uma rel\u00edquia dos prim\u00f3rdios do homem e era de grande import\u00e2ncia em situa\u00e7\u00f5es extremas em que era necess\u00e1rio: <em>fugir ou lutar. <\/em> Ser capaz de reagir numa fra\u00e7\u00e3o de segundo cumpre uma fun\u00e7\u00e3o importante.<\/p>\n<p>A adrenalina e a noradrenalina desencadeiam a liberta\u00e7\u00e3o de a\u00e7\u00facares, aumentam o ritmo card\u00edaco e a press\u00e3o arterial, dilatam as vias respirat\u00f3rias, as art\u00e9rias coron\u00e1rias do cora\u00e7\u00e3o e os vasos sangu\u00edneos dos m\u00fasculos.<\/p>\n<p>A importante fun\u00e7\u00e3o deste facto, n\u00edveis elevados de adrenalina, n\u00e3o \u00e9 hoje em dia frequentemente reduzida pelo esfor\u00e7o f\u00edsico adicional.
