Normalt s\u00f8rger hippocampus, en anden del af hjernen, for at bremse disse hormoner. Men n\u00e5r der er for mange af dem - i tilf\u00e6lde af h\u00f8j eller langvarig stress - kan hippocampus ikke l\u00e6ngere klare det, hvilket ogs\u00e5 p\u00e5virker en anden del af hjernen: frontallappen. Denne del er til geng\u00e6ld ansvarlig for at h\u00e6mme amygdala eller mandelkernen. Hvis amygdala, det s\u00e5kaldte \"frygtcenter\", ikke l\u00e6ngere h\u00e6mmes, udl\u00f8ses en r\u00e6kke negative f\u00f8lelser. S\u00e5 falder immuniteten, og det f\u00e5r f.eks. reparations- og oprydningsarbejdet i hjernen til at fungere mindre godt. Derfor er midlerne <strong>Agurkens hud<\/strong> og <strong>Agurk I<\/strong> er afg\u00f8rende. Disse midler er beskrevet i detaljer i mine blogs af 22. og 29. april 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Kombination II f\u00e5r dig til at se mere positivt p\u00e5 fremtiden, s\u00e5 eventuelle \"bj\u00f8rne\", du ser p\u00e5 din vej, nu ikke l\u00e6ngere har grobund for \"hvordan skal det hele nogensinde g\u00e5\", og at dit energiniveau ikke falder til et lavpunkt.<br \/>\nDenne kombination indeholder midlerne valmue, vandlilje, n\u00e5deurt, bali, agurkeurt, agurkeurt I og selvf\u00f8lgelig Betlehemsstjerne.<br \/>\nJeg har allerede beskrevet alle midlerne i tidligere blogs, og en mere detaljeret beskrivelse kan findes der.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Is\u00e6r nu, i disse tider, er Chakra I s\u00e5 vigtig.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Chakra I er en kombination af kombination I og II.<\/p>\n<p>Det f\u00f8rste chakra er relateret til <em>Viljen til at overleve<\/em> og de deraf f\u00f8lgende grundl\u00e6ggende behov, som muligg\u00f8r og sikrer vores fysiske eksistens.<br \/>\nDet omfatter selvf\u00f8lgelig at spise, drikke, sove og ogs\u00e5 at reproducere sig for at opretholde den menneskelige art.<br \/>\nDet er forbundet med \u00f8nsket om sikkerhed, tryghed, \u00f8nsket om at have et hjem, en familie, b\u00f8rn.<\/p>\n<p>Chakraet st\u00e5r for alt, hvad der har med standhaftighed, stabilitet, sikkerhed, selvtillid, beslutsomhed og udholdenhed at g\u00f8re. B\u00e5de p\u00e5 det fysiske og det psykologiske plan.<br \/>\nP\u00e5 det fysiske plan betyder det, at det ogs\u00e5 g\u00e6lder vores t\u00e6nder og knogler.<br \/>\nVores knogler (rygs\u00f8jle og skelet) giver vores organer stabilitet og st\u00f8tte. De giver ogs\u00e5 beskyttelse til vigtige organer som hjerte, lunger og hjerne.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 det fysiske plan er der en forbindelse mellem det f\u00f8rste chakra og binyrerne. Binyrerne best\u00e5r af to dele: medulla og cortex.<br \/>\nBinyrerne (binyremarven) producerer hormonerne adrenalin og noradrenalin.<br \/>\nBinyrebarken producerer en lang r\u00e6kke hormoner (et velkendt af disse er <em>kortison<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>Adrenalin produceres i din krop, n\u00e5r den tror, at den er i fare. Det handler ikke kun om sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l om liv og d\u00f8d. Det g\u00e6lder ogs\u00e5 situationer, hvor du oplever meget stress. Det kan v\u00e6re i situationer, hvor der er meget \"p\u00e5 spil\", men ogs\u00e5 n\u00e5r du er meget vred, meget chokeret, n\u00e5r du er bange, eller n\u00e5r du tr\u00e6ner meget h\u00e5rdt.<br \/>\nDenne mekanisme er et levn fra menneskets tidlige dage og var af stor betydning i ekstreme situationer, hvor man var n\u00f8dt til det: <em>flygte eller k\u00e6mpe. <\/em> At kunne reagere p\u00e5 et splitsekund har en vigtig funktion.<\/p>\n<p>Adrenalin og noradrenalin udl\u00f8ser frigivelse af sukker, \u00f8ger hjertefrekvensen og blodtrykket, udvider luftvejene, hjertets kranspuls\u00e5rer og blodkarrene i musklerne.<\/p>\n<p>Den vigtige funktion af dette, forh\u00f8jede adrenalinniveauer, reduceres i dag ofte ikke af den ekstra fysiske anstrengelse.
